NEW EXPERIENCE

Hello readers! It has been a long time since I wrote my last entry. Sorry for that. My days are full with lots of activities and can't really have the time to write an entry. Anyway, Im not really in a good health now as I have a sorethroat a day before going back from camp. *sigh

4 days ago, my friend and I went to a camp which is called "Program Bina Insan Guru", a must-go camp for teacher trainee. We want to Kem Alapong, Lundu and stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. It was a great experience for me and others too, although it really challenge our physical and mental strength throughout the camp. The most unforgettable thing that I cant forget is kayaking. My partner was Rebecca and we both very excited at the beginning and really try hard to reach the middle of the ocean (almost 1.5 km). Its quite tiring. Suddenly, Becca felt sick and she start to felt dizzy and she cant really paddle our kayak. I asked her to take a rest and I paddle and control the kayak all by myself. Gosh, that was hard! it took us 1 approx. 1 hour and a half at the ocean and I dont have enough strength to paddle back as Becca cant continue to paddle with me. Since my husband also went kayaking with me, he was the person who help me and make sure we went back to the beach safely. So, thank you abg! I cant forget this. hehe

The day before, we went for jungle trekking at Kampong Bajo and it was extremely exhausting. Although we faced many challenges, we set our mind positively and at last we arrived at our destination. We took a rest near the stream and started to cook our lunch. My team members any I really work hard together to set up a fire and finally we managed to cook fried fish, eggs and vegetable. I really love my team members as we walk through every challenges together and do everything together. That is why we are the TIGER! AAAAAUUUUMMM~ Im really going to miss you all =)

Last but not least, we won the 1st place for Malam Bakat and we are really proud of it. Although last minute preparation and some changes, we managed to potrey our message through our performance. Really proud of TIGER. InsyaAllah, everything that we learn throughout the camp will always in our heart and those weaknesses, we'll try to improve for the future. Thanks Allah for giving us the chance to experience many  things may Allah bless us all. Amin =)

MY SUPER DUPER MOM

Hey readers! This entry is an appreciation to my super duper mom,
SAFTUYAH IBRAHIM.

Alhamdullillah, thanks to Allah, I still have both of my parents today. I have been well-raised in this family by them although we are not having a very wealthy lifestyle. I undergo many ups and down most of it with my mom because she is the coolest mom ever.

My mom work as a cleark nearly 20+ years at Maybank and never accept a promotion from her boss as she afraid she will be so busy and could be transfer to other places. She never wanted to be an executive or what but as long as she do the right and halal job, that is fine with her. She never complain about her work, instead she really work hard in order to give a comfortable life for us.

Why suddenly i want to post an entry about my mom? This idea came into my mind a few days ago where she took orders (cakes)  from people to make an extra income for this Chinese New Year events. Usually my mom will go to work at 7.30 am and should be back at 5.30 pm. Last year, she started to add some extra time to spend at the office and still work at night today. Thus, she will be back home at around 8.30 pm everyday, yet brought her undone work also with her. And sometimes she will work on saturday & sunday (or public holiday). My mom is a super duper mom because she never complain about her work although I can really see her tired eyes. She really work hard to feed us with delicious foods and to spoil us with things that we want.

This week I spend my one week holidays at home in Miri. My mom had her holidays for 2 days. Since I came back, she came from her work at 8 pm and straight away baked some cakes. This week alone, she had to bake 8 cakes. Last 2 days, she baked cakes until midnight and it really touched my heart. Seriously, I nearly cry. I really see her determination in making money for her and our life. I pity her and I helped her with it (not really, what a shame right?) =/. Although I know she is tired being all day at the office, but still, she can managed to baked all the cakes. My mom really a super duper mom! She enjoyed doing what she love to do.

I solute her for that I will make sure one day she will have a super happy life, Amin. InsyaAllah, you will get what you supposed to get mom. I promise you, you will never been forgotten. Thanks for all the harwork, love, and determination in keeping us with you all along. I really love you mom and no one can ever beat my super duper mom.
